What does the selection process look like?

Phone interview
Candidates selected on the basis of the CVs received will be interviewed briefly by phone. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other better and to ask you general questions about your experience and motivation.

Personal professional interview
After a successful telephone pre-screening, you will be invited for a personal interview to discuss the tasks, expectations and opportunities of the position in more detail. This is an opportunity to get to know each other better and to see how your personality and professional competencies fit with our corporate culture and expectations.
