Nearly two years ago, Arena Corner which is part of CPI Hungary’s portfolio, Parkl began a collaboration with a clear objective: to create a smoother, smarter and future-proof mobility experience for the entire office community.

Located at the intersection of Hungária Boulevard and Kerepesi Road, Arena Corner is a Grade A office complex comprising several directly interconnected towers. The building was completed in 2007 and features 8 office floors and a three-level underground car park, providing 370 parking spaces, serving a diverse and high-traffic office community in one of Budapest’s most accessible business locations.
At Arena Corner, the full parking capacity across all 3 underground levels is currently managed in a fully digitalised format by Parkl through the Parkl Office service. This enables real-time access control, flexible space allocation and seamless user management. Parkl’s digital solution significantly reduces operational administrative burdens while ensuring that every parking space is utilised efficiently, even during peak periods or in hybrid working models.
Beyond parking management, 54 electric vehicle charging points have also been integrated into the Parkl ecosystem, supporting the growing EV usage among tenants and visitors. Access to and usage of the charging points are likewise managed digitally, making sustainable commuting not only accessible but genuinely convenient, fully aligned with the building’s long-term ESG objectives.
These smart mobility solutions integrate seamlessly into Arena Corner’s comprehensive operational and sustainability strategy. The building holds a BREEAM In-Use “Very Good” certification, reflecting not only energy efficiency but also responsible operations, maintenance practices and the continuous enhancement of tenant experience.
With 24/7 reception and security services, card access control, an on-site restaurant and café, community spaces, as well as conference and meeting rooms, Arena Corner provides a comprehensive and modern office environment.
