How Parkl Supports the Sustainable and Efficient Operation of Gateway Office Park

The collaboration between Gateway Office Park, part of the CPI Hungary portfolio, and Parkl takes the office parking and electromobility experience to a new level. In the three-building office complex, which holds a BREEAM “Very Good” certification, Parkl’s digital parking management and electric charging service ensure efficient operations and high tenant satisfaction.

A modern office environment today means far more than elegant spaces and comfortable workstations. Companies increasingly look for leased premises that support productivity, employee satisfaction, and sustainability goals all at once. The cooperation between Gateway Office Park and Parkl is a perfect example of how parking and electromobility management can also become part of a premium office experience.


Gateway Office Park is located in Budapest’s 13th district, easily accessible, and offers tenants a range of services beyond modern infrastructure, including fitness and wellness facilities, restaurants, cafés, conference rooms and 24-hour security.


In July 2025, the operators of Gateway Office Park introduced the Parkl Office service, which provides the operation and digital management of the office building’s 415 parking spaces and 10 electric vehicle chargers. The site is particularly complex, as it has three entrances, making efficient access control and space reservation essential for smooth operation.

Parkl’s service supports the building operator, the tenant companies, as well as employees and visitors arriving by car. Automatic, licence plate recognition–based entry makes access more convenient, while the management of dedicated and reservable parking spaces increases utilisation. Tenants benefit from transparent, secure and efficient parking operations, while the building’s ESG index also improves, as intelligent mobility solutions support sustainability objectives.


Parkl currently manages the parking and electromobility needs of 19 companies leasing space in the building, all through a single integrated platform. The 10 electric vehicle chargers installed at Gateway Office Park are currently available exclusively to tenants, ensuring simple and monitorable usage with access that can be individually controlled at user level. Parkl’s full-scale service provides a complete solution for office and site e-mobility, from the installation of charging points through to ongoing operation.
