As part of the collaboration between Parkl and CPI Property Group, we took over the electric charging infrastructure of the BudaPart GATE office building, followed by the operation of the parking system in 2025. The 11‑storey, multi‑tenant office building accommodates 22 tenants and provides approximately 400 parking spaces. The public car parking places are located on levels 0 and –1 and they are accessible to anyone, while the upper and underground garage levels are reserved exclusively for vehicles with tenant authorisation.

As an A+ category office building with a LEED Gold certification, BudaPart GATE ensures energy efficiency, low operating costs and environmentally conscious operation. In addition, the building’s high technical standards and energy efficiency directly support our clients in meeting their ESG objectives. Tenants at BudaPart GATE include prominent international and local companies such as Nilfisk, doTERRA and Novo Nordisk, and the building also offers various amenities including a restaurant and a Spar supermarket.
One of the most complex challenges of the project was designing an integrated charging and parking solution incorporating both hardware and software, tailored to meet the needs of all tenants. Parkl provides the full management of the building’s EV charging infrastructure, including the reservation logic for chargers as well as issuing and releasing dedicated passes.
The allocation of chargers assigned to tenants can be managed internally, while billing for shared, pay‑per‑use chargers is handled seamlessly through the Parkl app.
At the start of the project, Parkl took over 6 existing 22 kW wall‑mounted charging points. This was followed by the installation of 7 additional charging points dedicated exclusively to tenant companies, and the integration of 7 further units into the system. As a result, the BudaPart GATE office building now offers a total of 20 charging points.
Thanks to Parkl’s solution, the building operator and tenants are provided with a unified, real‑time overview of parking capacity and charging network utilisation, while settlements are processed automatically and transparently. Our discount management module, designed to maximise flexibility, together with the intuitive mobile application, contributes significantly to enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Parkl’s new discount management module offers a flexible digital solution for managing guest parking alongside the traditional paper‑based process. It enables tenant companies to manage guest parking in real time, adjusting to fluctuations in available parking capacity via the Parkl app. For example, if the dedicated guest parking spaces are full, the tenant may choose to partially or fully cover the cost of parking in the public, pay‑per‑use area for their guests.
This collaboration demonstrates how Parkl’s diverse technological solutions can professionally manage the parking and charging infrastructure of a modern, multi‑tenant office building.
